1. Unloading/Loading of Goods: At AWC unloading and loading of your material is done with the best in class Material handling Equipments like Drum Stacker, Scissor Lift, Drum trolleys and manual Fork Lifts. In addition to this we also have considered safety of our Labors; we have provided them with Safety Showers, Helmets, Gloves and Safety Suits.

2. Fire Fighting Facilities: All the Fire Fighting arrangements are made according to the rules and regulations from PESO. We have a water tank with a capacity to reserve 5,00,000 Litres of Water. We have two nos. of 10 Kgs. Dry Powder and one no. of 50 Kgs. of Foam cylinders in each and every godown with four nos. of Air Ventilators. There is no electricity point available inside the warehouse godown. There is a fencing at 50 Fts. away from the Godown are where electric points are available.

3. Security: We have excellent security solutions ensuring maximum safety of your product. 3 Watchmen on the main gate including one Gun Man. No Mobile Phones allowed inside Warehouse Premises. IP based Hybrid CCTV System. 24 x 7 security services with CCTV cameras, guards and dog Squads.

4. Online Stock Check: Ambica has its own Online Warehouse Management Software which handles all the Stock details, Inward details, Outward details, etc. Client can verify their stock details with Inward and Outward details from anywhere. Client has to intimate 2 days prior the material reaches the warehouse. AWC does not unload the material unless there are proper and complete documents available with the transporter. No orders are processed on Verbal / Telephonic Instructions. Before unloading the material from the container, a manual GRN is done and once the material is completely unloaded, proper GRN is entered into the software with complete details of the material. No dispatch without proper and incomplete documents would be allowed. All the copies of BOE and Dispatch documents are been acknowledge and properly filed. In case of damage, the clients will be informed about it immediately with their photographs are emailed.

5. Logistics Facility: Logistics has become an important unit of every company. Here in Ambica we also provide transportation of your material to various locations and transports. We also provide services like preparing Invoices, Excise Invoice, Filing RG23D, etc. As per the location, we are surrounded by the hub of transports which deliver chemical goods all over India.

We began operating from one office at Ambica Warehousing Company, Bhiwandi but with rapid development, need of customers and focused vision have ensured us for further expansion. We are coming up with complete Warehousing and Logistics Solutions at Vapi, Gujarat as Padmavati Logistics, one of the biggest warehousing facilities in 10 acres of land for the storage of Organic and Inorganic chemicals in India.
